We only offer log shell packages. Each home is handcrafted on our site, then disassembled and transported to your site by tractor trailer. Then re-erected using a crane. Re-erection normally takes 2-4 days depending on the size and complexity of the design. The home is carpenter ready when we leave your site. Pricing starts at $50.00 per square foot and goes up depending on the size and complexity of the design. Options are available at added costs.
- We emphasis quality rather than quantity.
- Large red or white pine logs with 18-20-inch butts are used on all packages.
- All packages include hand peeled logs that are sprayed with a fungicide.
- All logs are pre-drilled for 1-1/16-inch hardwood dowels.
- Logs are pre-drilled for electrical wiring.
- Site must be accessible to tractor/trailer and crane.
- Client is responsible for trucking and crane costs at the building site.
- We are available post re-erection for consultation with your carpenter.
